Case 519

First Consultation For : Case 519 16/12/2008


She found out that she was infected in 2007.

She is on ARVs since 2007.

Started with CD4 OF 166 and it went up to 175.

She used to get malaria attacks.

She is thin, emaciated

Skin eruptions all over body with watery discharge.

Cough

Recurrent coryza, yellow nasal discharge sometimes with blood.

She gets very angry and she will attack or throw things at people.

She has uncontrollable anger, she trembles with anger.

She locks the door and stays inside.

She doesn’t speak about it, she throws things or locks herself in, never shouts

She expresses her anger in action, she wants to chop someone with a knife.

Left sided headaches.
When she bends over with coryza she feels as if her forehead will burst out.

Pain in eyes and vision problems.

Irritation in throat.

Pains in calf muscles.

Difficult to fall asleep .

Dreams of funerals of people who are dead, and every time she gets that dream someone dies
(since AIDS before ARVs).

She dreams of being taken up by the wind and thrown into the sea.

Husband drank too much and refused ARV so died.
He didn’t cause any trouble but drank too much.

She had a hard life because of poor parents.

She says the anger came since the disease.


Rx: Androctonus 12C daily



Follow up 25.1.09

More energy.

Sleep is better.

She is not having any problems in the body; she says she is much better.

Skin eruption is better.

Cough is now better.

Coryza is better.

Anger is very much better, not reacting the way she used to.

No headaches at all since remedy.

Pain in the eyes better.

Pain in the calf better.

Eyesight is better.

No dreams at all.
